It’s been 31 days since I first started writing on this blog. I’m $1,260.63 richer than before. Road to 1 million is still very far. I haven’t gotten through the book that I purchased as well. I did get used to my current schedule a bit more, so I’m finally feel like I’m able to do something before and after work.
To assess my month so far…
I haven’t read my book to 1 million. I would need to find time, probably in the morning and force myself to read 1 chapter a day or so.
I have been slacking on going to the gym. I’ve went to the gym total of 7 times up until this month. This is absolute garbage result. Good thing is since I’ve been biking to work and walking around for 6-7 hours, I have lost some weight and my muscle loss, while existent, not severe. I want to go everyday but my mornings have been very poor. I would just lie in bed half asleep constantly falling back to sleep for 1-3 hours. I create too many excuses to get out of bed. I’m going to use a method that worked for me before; go to the gym as soon as I wake up in whatever mode of transportation. I’ve been avoided leaving the house when it’s cold since I didn’t want to ride my bike in the cold, but I’ll just go back to driving to the gym. This will improve my morning schedule by at least 10%.
Once I get my morning back in the groove, I’ll start going to library at 9 am. Once I’m at this level, I’ll be worrying about the quality of the times I spend.
I’ll start the whole process starting tomorrow by going to the gym tomorrow and cooking tonight before I go to sleep so I won’t spend time wondering what I should eat.
